
Summer Hospitality Camp

Are you ready to expand your knowledge on International Cuisine?
Join the College of Business’ White Lodging School of Hospitality and Tourism Management as it presents the PNW Summer Hospitality Camp! This fun and explorative 5-day summer camp is offered to local high school students to explore their interest in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM).
This year’s camp will focus on the global popularity of food within the Hospitality Industry of International Cuisine. This type of cuisine refers to foods that have gained popularity and are enjoyed across cultures.
Students will participate in international culinary activities in the HTM Kitchen labs and classroom instruction in a college setting. Throughout the week, campers will also benefit from expert faculty, staff and current HTM students and alumni through interactive presentations and hands-on activities.

Registration is required for the HTM Summer Camp and is limited to 15 students.
