Westville Campus Operations for Summer 2024

As we near the end of spring semester, we want to make the university community aware of adjusted operational plans for the Westville Campus beginning Monday, May 13, 2024 until Thursday, August 1.

• Westville Campus summer building hours will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• The Technology Building, Schwarz Hall and the Dworkin Student Services and Activities Center (DSAC) will be open during operating hours.
• The Gallery Café will be closed for the summer, reopening on August 19.
• The Westville Campus Library will be closed for the summer, reopening on August 19.
• With the cafeteria and the library on hiatus, access to the Library-Student-Faculty (LSF) building will be limited. The exterior doors will be secured, with access granted to any faculty or staff member who needs to use work space in the building. Please contact PNW Police to request one-time access to LSF. You can also fill out a key request form.
• Admissions and Financial Aid offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, in DSAC 1114 G.
• Registration will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday in Schwarz 120.
• The Dean of Students office will be available, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., remotely or in person in Hammond, in Porter 209.
• Human Resources will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday in DSAC 1069.
• The Fitness Center in DSAC will be open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to noon. The Fitness Center will be closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the summer.
• Events and facility rentals at the Great Hall Events and Conference Center will continue uninterrupted throughout the summer.
