Viewing Merit Increases in SuccessFactors
Beginning July 1, all benefits-eligible employees will be able to view their new Electronic Compensation Statements in SuccessFactors. The Compensation Statement will provide important information regarding your recurring merit pay increase; including, the % increase and New Annual Base Pay.
Recurring merit increases will be reflected on the July 17 Pay Statement for biweekly and July 31 Pay Statement for monthly paid employees. Below is a Quick Reference Guide with detailed instructions on how to access the Compensation Statement in SuccessFactors.

Accessing Compensation Statements
- Log into Success Factors
- On the SuccessFactors homepage, locate the “Quick Actions” menu and click the “My Profile” tile.
- Choose “Compensation Statement” in the profile navigation bar.
- Click “2024 Merit Planning” to view the statement in your browser.
- Click the download icon to download a PDF version of the statement.
For hourly-paid employees, it will show the current hourly base pay and annual base pay. For monthly-paid employees, it will show the current annual base pay.
Merit % increase is the percent recurring merit increase for FY 2024-2025.
