The Center for Healthy Living expands services to PNW and all PNW employees

The Center for Healthy Living at Purdue Northwest is an on-site health and wellness clinic being developed for PNW faculty, staff and students!

The Center for Healthy Living (CHL) on the Hammond Campus will expand its services to PNW students and all PNW employees on Monday, April 17, 2023!

The Center for Healthy Living is in the Riley Center, across from the Fitness and Recreation Center.

Make an Appointment

To make an appointment, please call the Center for Healthy Living at (833) 714-6082 or (754) 494-0111. Please let them know you want your appointment at the Hammond Location.

Alternatively, you can request an appointment using the patient portal.

Note: Lab draws are available on a walk-in basis with a provider order
