Creation of the 5-75 Purdue Northwest Anniversary Steering Committee
We are pleased to announce the creation of the 5-75 Purdue Northwest Anniversary Steering Committee. We are looking ahead to the year 2021-2022 which marks the 5th anniversary of the establishment of Purdue Northwest and the 75th anniversaries of our legacy institutions, Purdue Calumet and Purdue North Central.

Purdue Northwest opens the David Roberts Center for Innovation and Design
Purdue University Northwest has opened the David Roberts Center for Innovation and Design, a 4,500-square-foot, technology-driven facility located just a few blocks west of the PNW Hammond Campus.

Purdue Northwest engineering students receive scholarships from bp America, Inc.
Fifteen Purdue University Northwest (PNW) students in the School of Engineering received scholarship funds from bp America, Inc. The first-year students from the communities of East Chicago, Hammond and Whiting each received $1,000 and are majoring in civil, computer, electrical or mechanical engineering for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Purdue Northwest Announces Update for 2020 Fall Season
With the health and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans in mind, the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Council of Presidents voted Friday to play a conference-only schedule during the Fall 2020 sports season and evaluate the feasibility of league competition on a sport-by-sport basis.
