Dear Faculty and Staff,

PNW Study Away Programs would like to offer you an opportunity to lead a faculty-led study away program for the upcoming year 2025 (Spring, Summer, and Fall). There are two forms attached to this email: one is the faculty led program interest form (anyone interested in leading a program needs to submit this form to the dean of the college for approval); the second one is the proposal form (after receiving approval from the dean of the college, faculty & staff can work on the proposal).

Study Away Faculty Resources

Deadlines to submit the proposal:

  • Priority Deadline: August 30, 2024
  • Final Deadline: September 15, 2024

If you are already leading a program this year, then you would also need to complete this process.

All applicants are required to submit detailed information about the vendors with whom they will be working, whether in-country or abroad. Our office will be working with them to establish agreements. Failing to submit this detailed information in the proposal might result in delaying the program for the upcoming year.

We are holding a faculty and staff workshop throughout this Summer and Fall semester to work on the proposal. If you are interested in joining and learning how to complete the proposal, we will assist you. Below are the dates, times, and locations for the workshops and registration link. It will be held both online and in person. Please click the link to register for the event.
