Strategic Planning information available via website
Dear PNW Colleagues:
The Steering Committee guiding the development of PNW’s next strategic plan, “Excellence Evolving: PNW 2025-2030,” launched the planning process in mid-May and has been hard at work this summer analyzing our internal and external environments. Benchmarking other higher education institutions and conducting a series of focus groups, surveys and community outreach are among the ways we are working to inform the process.
We invite you to learn more about the strategic planning process by visiting the new website designed to serve as a one-stop overview of this important initiative. Here you can find a timeline outlining all the steps planned to complete and implement the plan during spring semester 2025. The website also features a link to a SharePoint site where you will find process updates, drafts of reports, and other materials that will document the process as it unfolds. Faculty and staff members are encouraged to log in to the SharePoint site periodically to see the latest developments as the new plan unfolds.
You can view the website at pnw.edu/strategic-plan.We also invite you to save the date for September 24 (Hammond) and September 25 (Westville) for in-person sessions bringing members of the university community together to help synthesize all the data and provide your input to the plan. More details about these opportunities will be shared early in fall semester.
