Strategic Planning Committee: Discovery Report
Dear Campus Community:
We continue to make excellent progress with the strategic planning process!
In recent weeks the Strategic Planning Steering Committee conducted more than 45 internal and external focus group sessions that included over 500 participants. The outreach efforts included students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
The feedback gathered during those sessions provides the basis for the attached Discovery Report, which will be the starting point for the development of PNW’s new strategic plan. Please review it carefully.
We look forward to seeing you at one of next week’s Shared Future all-inclusive strategy days; your input will play a crucial role in guiding PNW’s future direction.
