Sheila Matias, the executive director of the Leadership Institute at Purdue University Northwest, joined Lakeshore Public Media’s “Regionally Speaking” program to talk about the Leadership Northwest Indiana program. She shares how the COVID-19 pandemic offered the institute an opportunity to expand access through a virtual program, offering members of the community another avenue for becoming more insightful, stronger leaders.
