If you have not used this system before, you will need to click on the link to register for a new account on the login screen. On the Account Request Form, answer “No, I don’t want a Purdue Global transcript” to the question on the bottom of the screen to proceed setting up your account. You will need a valid email address.

After you set up your account, login to the system using the credentials you created to order your transcripts.

Students may request either official (sealed) or unofficial (unsealed) transcripts in person at the PNW Office of the Registrar at either the Hammond campus – Lawshe Hall Room 130 or Westville campus – Schwarz Hall Room 120, regardless of which location they attended.

Transcripts can be emailed, mailed or picked up in person (a valid picture ID is required). Transcripts cannot be released in person to a third party unless the student provides written authorization in advance.

Same-day service is available, but requests cannot be processed if requested 15 minutes before closing time. In this instance and for faxed requests received after that time, transcripts will be available after 10 a.m. the next business day.

Registrar’s Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Students can access and print their unofficial transcripts through myPNW. This document should be used for reference purposes only.

How do you do it?

  1. Log into myPNW and click the Academics button.
  2. Click on “View Unofficial Transcript”.
  3. On the Display Transcript page, print transcripts by right clicking and selecting Print. You can also select File and Print from the menu.

Please note that as of June 27, 2023, PNW no longer uses Boilerkey as the password to access myPNW and other university sites.  Instead, enter your career account username and the password you created. You will then be prompted to authenticate (approve) your request using the Duo Mobile app on your smart phone (or a hardware token) that you previously had for the Boilerkey.  If you have questions, email csc@pnw.edu or call (219) 989-2888.
