Purdue University Northwest voted 2024 “Best University” in Northwest Indiana
Thank you for voting and continuing to recognize Purdue University Northwest as the premier metropolitan university of Northwest Indiana! PNW was voted Best College/University in The Times of Northwest Indiana’s 2024 “Best of the Region” ballot, published May 19, 2024.
The annual “Best of the Region” voting tallies hundreds of thousands of votes from community members declaring their choices for best area for- and non-profit organizations across multiple categories.
PNW is dedicated to empowering transformational change in our students and in our community. PNW serves as a hub for applied research and offers more than 70 areas of study at the undergraduate, master’s and doctoral levels. PNW is also recognized as a doctoral-granting institution and an Innovation and Economic Prosperity University. The university was recently designated as a Hispanic-Serving Institution, making it the largest HSI in the state.
