Annual Security Report
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (“Clery Act”) is a federal law that requires the distribution of an annual security report to all current faculty, staff, and students and notice of its availability to prospective students, faculty and staff.
Biennial Review
The Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act requires Purdue University Northwest to certify it has implemented programs to prevent the abuse of alcohol and use or distribution of illicit drugs both by Purdue University Northwest students and employees on its premises and as a part of any of its activities.
