Purdue University Northwest’s undergraduate leadership certificate prepares students for the increasing demand for qualified leaders in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
This certificate is an effective, flexible and convenient pathway toward developing and/or formalizing your leadership expertise. The certificate is not only valuable on its own but can also provide a stepping-stone to earning a bachelor’s degree.
Department of Construction Science and Organizational Leadership

- Our faculty have a wealth of theoretical and hands-on knowledge on leadership and supervision.
Leadership Certificate Curriculum
The Certificate in Leadership allows students to choose from a variety of leadership courses designed to provide the skills and knowledge required to be an effective leader and advance in your career. To earn the certificate, students need to complete 15 credit hours or five courses.
