Merit Increases and One-Time Lump Sum Merit Payments for PNW Faculty and Staff
The Senior Leadership Team and the University Budget Advisory Committee have approved the largest salary merit pool for benefits eligible faculty and staff in 10 years. We have persevered these past two years, and our collaborative hard work has helped us remain fiscally strong.

Purdue University Northwest’s vaccine clinic vaccinated a total of 3,011 people for COVID-19, playing a major role in protecting the campuses and larger Northwest Indiana community against COVID-19.

PNW continues as longtime host of Science Olympiad regional
Purdue University Northwest (PNW) will welcome 22 local middle and high school Science Olympiad teams on Saturday, Feb. 26 through its annual Science Olympiad regional competition. The regional site is one of seven across Indiana before the state finals at Purdue West Lafayette on March 12.

Purdue University Northwest (PNW) faculty member, Maureen Mascha, associate professor of Accounting, has received a Fulbright Award to conduct research related to sustainability reporting and textual data analytics at the University of Vaasa in Finland.
