    Transition to Faculty, June 30, 2024

    It has been my honor and privilege to serve as the Chancellor of Purdue University Northwest these past 12 years.  As you may know, the Purdue University system has a policy limiting how long one can serve in leadership positions.  For the last few years, I have known that my last day as Chancellor will be June 30, 2024.

    Gabis Arboretum at Purdue University Northwest is implementing a new admission fee to the Railway Garden for non-members beginning May 5!

    Requests for Catering Exception

    Purdue University Northwest and Aladdin Dining Services are dedicated to providing exceptional and safe culinary experiences to our students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the Hammond campus. Aladdin Dining Services has the first right of refusal for all buildings and outdoor locations on the Hammond campus, including the buildings on Indianapolis Boulevard.

    Introducing Instructional Materials Access for All PNW courses

    A task force made up of PNW faculty members and key staff members in Academic Affairs and Business Services worked during fall 2022 to recommend the best possible solution for PNW students to access course materials. Surveys of students and faculty were conducted to gain insights into students’ preferences and faculty needs.

    Realignment of information technology leadership

    Purdue University is working to integrate Information Technology resources across the system, including organizational changes. Purdue Northwest, Purdue Fort Wayne and Purdue Indianapolis are transitioning into the Purdue IT organization as Distributed Campus Services.
