PNW Strategic Plan for 2025-2030

Dear Members of the Faculty and Staff,

I am pleased to announce that together as a university, we will be launching our new strategic plan, “Excellence Evolving,” which will guide and focus Purdue University Northwest’s journey from 2025-2030. As an institution committed to academic excellence, innovation and student success, it is essential that we continuously evolve and adapt to meet the changing needs of our students, our region, and our world. With this in mind, “Excellence Evolving” will set forth a bold vision for the future of our institution, grounded in our core values and driven by our collective aspirations.

This strategic plan builds upon the strong foundation laid by our previous initiatives while embracing new opportunities and challenges on the horizon. We will seek the input and expertise of our faculty, staff, and students, inviting representatives from across our campuses to participate in a taskforce that will be formed in the coming weeks.

Over the next several months, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the specific initiatives associated with developing the new strategic plan. I encourage you to stay informed, get involved, and join us on this exciting journey of growth and transformation for our institution.
