Research Overview

Bush’s critical research primarily delves into Media, Performance and Community-Based Media Projects. He is an active practitioner within the local media and an aspiring Screenwriter and TV Producer.

I find joy in portrait, lifestyle, and sports photography, capturing the essence of people, and the rituals and performances of daily life.

Most recently, Bush co-produced the pilot for the workplace comedy “Zenroom” starring Cheri Oteri and is in development in the episodic TV drama “Raking Prophet’s Rock” both produced by TwointheBush Productions, LLC. which he co-founded with his sister in Los Angeles in 2020.

Teaching Focus

Bush’s teaching approach centers on merging practical technical skills with a strong humanities foundation while encouraging individual growth and project leadership. Key areas include storytelling, technology, and design thinking through Project-based Learning. Focus areas of design cover applied media, graphic and UX design, design thinking, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow. Additional topics include introduction to acting and performing arts, screenwriting, TV Production, and labor studies in the broadcasting and entertainment industry.
