Introduction

Kristen is currently a fourth year graduate student working toward her Psy.D in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University.  Kristen received a B.A. and M.A. in clinical psychology from Governors State University and has clinical experience working in a variety of settings with diverse individuals.  She approaches therapy and conceptualizes from an Adlerian framework, which emphasizes understanding each individual in their unique context.  Kristen is interested in and has experience working with clients with mood and anxiety concerns as well as existential and transitional issues.  She is passionate about helping people to overcome challenges, feel secure in who they are, and find their path in life.
