Length of time at the Center for Healthy Living

I started at CHL in November 2024. I have over 10 years of experience in health and fitness. My previous experience has been in various roles in fitness and hospital settings. I worked as a personal trainer in Chicago after graduating from college for 6 years. More recently I worked as a health coach in a hospital setting, and as fitness supervisor at a hospital-based gym.

Why do you like working at the CHL?

I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and celebrating victories with them. It is rewarding to be a part of people’s health journey.

Philosophy of Care

I believe having empathy and listening to people’s goals and needs is important to develop a relationship with the person to achieve the most results. I value each person I work with as a unique individual and want to motivate my clients with the tools they need to achieve their individual goals. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of a healthy lifestyle as medicine and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others.

What do you like to do when you’re not at the CHL?

I enjoy working out, especially weightlifting and running! I am a big foodie and like trying out new healthy recipes. I also love traveling and have been all over the US and Europe! I have a golden retriever named Wrigley that I like to take on long walks.

Fun Fact

I lived in the Czech Republic for 15 years and speak Czech fluently.
