Title IX and Sexual Assault

If you experienced sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment including sexual assault, stalking, Title IX harassment, dating violence and/or domestic violence., please contact the Title IX Coordinator immediately.  They can provide help and support.

Mandatory Reporters

Report an incident

While the University encourages all campus community members to report incidents of harassment or discrimination, if you are designated by the University as a Mandatory Reporter, you are required to report any Title IX violations to the Title IX Coordinator on your campus immediately.  Whether you personally observe the incident or it has been reported to you by another party, you must report any incidents of sexual harassment (including sexual assault, stalking, Title IX harassment, dating violence and domestic violence) to your Title IX Coordinator.

Additionally, Mandatory Reporters are required to complete on-line training annually. Please contact the office of Institutional Equity for questions regarding your training.
