Next Steps in the Strategic Planning Process – You are Invited!
On behalf of the Strategic Planning Steering Committee, we thank you again for your participation in the All-Inclusive Strategy Days on September 24 and 25.
Approximately 400 people participated over the two days and provided much valuable feedback about the collected data, the ongoing strategic planning process and the strategic sessions. The summary report from these two Strategic Sessions is attached to this email and will also be available on the Strategic Planning website.
Immediate Next Steps
During the week of October 14 to 8 (next week!), we are hosting three Open Forum sessions (with Zoom option) that will provide additional opportunities for you to discuss the report and provide feedback.
There is no RSVP required, just plan to attend, either in person or virtually. We will actively seek additional feedback in ways such as this as we continue with the planning process.

Working Teams – October 21
We are now in process of forming the Goal Teams that will continue work on the Values and Goals action items. If you signed up for continued participation during one of the two All-Inclusive Strategy Days, we will be in contact soon.
If you did not volunteer then, never fear – there is still plenty of opportunity! Just contact one of us by next week — either at one of the forums or by email — and we will add your name to the list. Please hold your calendars for the afternoon of October 21; we will be inviting all volunteers to an organizational meeting to get things started!
