Office 365 is an online cloud-based platform that uses your @pnw.edu email to store files and media, provide collaborative opportunities, and sync across devices.
How to Obtain Access
- Login to Microsoft Office using your username@pnw.edu email and career account password.
- You may be asked if the account is a personal or work/school account.
- Choose “Work or School Account.”
Use OneDrive to store up to 1 TB of files or media in the cloud for easy access, sharing and collaborating.
Use PowerPoint to design and collaborate on presentations and distribute to others.
If you need to add narration/voice to a presentation
- Use Sway instead of PowerPoint to create and share
