Intro to Yoga

Join us in Westville at this beginner-level class comprised of 60 minutes of gentle yoga. Unique benefits aimed at promoting physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Physical Fitness:
- Enhances flexibility, strength, and balance.
- Stress Reduction: Incorporates mindfulness and controlled breathing techniques.
- Mental Clarity: Improves focus and concentration through mindful movement.
This is a very gentle class and requires no experience. Leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.

- Class is limited to 25 participants.

- No yoga experience required.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely or relax comfortably.
- No equipment needed. Employee Wellness will be providing each participant with their own yoga mat to use & keep.
