Intro to Yoga

Join us in Westville at this beginner-level class comprised of 60 minutes of gentle yoga. Unique benefits aimed at promoting physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Physical Fitness:

  • Enhances flexibility, strength, and balance.
  • Stress Reduction: Incorporates mindfulness and controlled breathing techniques.
  • Mental Clarity: Improves focus and concentration through mindful movement.

This is a very gentle class and requires no experience. Leave feeling peaceful and relaxed.

  • Open to all benefits-eligible PNW employees
  • Registration is required
  • No yoga experience required.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely or relax comfortably.
  • No equipment needed. Employee Wellness will be providing each participant with their own yoga mat to use & keep.
