Guide to Purdue IT Resources
Dear PNW Campus Community,
We are pleased to inform you that the consolidation of IT resources across the Purdue system has been completed. PNW Information Services is now fully integrated into Purdue IT. Purdue IT serves students, faculty, and staff at Purdue University campuses in West Lafayette, Indianapolis, Purdue Fort Wayne, and Purdue Northwest.

New to the Purdue System

Purdue IT Customer Service Portal
Customers on any Purdue campus can ask the Purdue IT Virtual Assistant chat bot or search the knowledgebase for answers to many of their questions. If unable to find a solution, submit requests or report issues to Purdue IT 24/7. Questions and concerns will be routed to the appropriate Purdue IT staff.
Enterprise Solutions
Formerly known as Enterprise Applications, receive technical support and submit project requests for PNW needs.
Digital Learning Solutions (DLS)
Formerly known as the Office of Instructional Technology, continue to receive comprehensive technical support for Brightspace and other PNW tools.
Service Desk
Formerly known as the Customer Service Center (CSC), PNW continues to maintain a Service Desk for personalized phone and in-person support.
