As a doctoral-granting institution, PNW offers three doctoral programs (Doctor of Nursing Practice, Doctor of Technology, Doctor of Psychology), and a range of master’s programs and graduate-level certificates. We serve full-time residential graduate students, even as many of our graduate programs are offered on a schedule convenient for working adults.

Meet Purdue Northwest

Purdue University Northwest is a student-centered university that transforms lives through innovative education, impactful research and community engagement. Located in Northwest Indiana, near Chicago, PNW is recognized as the largest Hispanic-Serving Institution in Indiana, a First Scholars institution and an Innovation and Economic Prosperity University.

Our two campuses serve approximately 8,700 undergraduate and graduate students, with a core enrollment—students attending classes on PNW campuses—of 6,049 students. At PNW, we value academic excellence, support growth and celebrate diversity. Students from 30 states and 50 countries currently attend PNW, taking what they learn here and applying it all around the world.
