FY 2025 merit increases for PNW faculty and staff
Dear Colleagues:
I am pleased to announce that the Senior Leadership Team has recommended a salary merit pool, pending Purdue Board of Trustees approval, for benefits eligible faculty and staff for the upcoming year. Our commitment to reward PNW employees for continually pursuing excellence reflects PNW’s financial and operational strength.
Benefit eligible employees hired prior to March 31 may be included in the pool, which is:
- 3.0% for recurring merit increases (added to base pay) effective July 1, 2024.
Managers will determine the allocation of the merit pool among eligible employees in each department and business unit. Supervisors will receive information from the Office of Finance and Business Services to communicate to individual faculty and staff members by mid-June.
The recurring merit increases will be reflected on the July 24 pay statement for biweekly employees and July 31 pay statement for monthly employees.
