Whereas, The approval, dissemination, and tracking of Faculty Senate Documents are of upmost importance to Purdue University Northwest, and

Whereas, The current Faculty Senate Document template does not identify where the document is to be sent once approved nor its effective date,

Therefore, , be it resolved that the Faculty Senate Document template be revised to include the disposition of a document after it is passed in Faculty Senate, and the date the document will go into effect.
