Faculty Annual Review (2024 Calendar year)

Dear Faculty,

We are pleased to announce that the Faculty Annual Review (FAR) is now available for the 2024 calendar year review cycle. Each college specific annual review activities are below for your convenience.

Please feel free to access the system and log in into PNW-Interfolio. Should you have any inquiries or require further assistance in uploading your documents, kindly direct your questions or requests to the Office of Academic Affairs, Maria Watson at x5215 or via email at watsonme@pnw.edu. You may also request an individual training session for personalized guidance.

For further support, the Office of Academic Affairs has scheduled the following Faculty Annual Review training meetings:

When you log in, you may see that your scheduled teaching for Fall 2024 has already been uploaded. However, any student course evaluations will be uploaded after the semester ends. Also, any information on grants that flow through West Lafayette will also be populated.

Your faculty annual review will be due by 10:59 p.m. central time on February 17, 2025. The timeline for the 2024-2025 Faculty Annual Review is below.

2024-2025 Faculty Annual Review Due Dates

  • Initiate faculty input workflow/Cases created and released to faculty
    Due Date: 10/14/24
  • Cases forwarded to Department Chair/School Director by Maria Watson
    Due Date: 2/18/25
  • Prepare and submit faculty annual review materials
    Due Date: 2/17/25
  • Rebuttal, if desired, to Department Chair/School Director
    Due Date: 7 calendar days after meeting with Department Chair/School Director
  • Review candidate case(s)
  • Write Department Chair/School Director letter of recommendation
  • Meet and share letter with faculty and through Interfolio
  • Have the faculty member sign the faculty annual review letter as acknowledgement
  • Upload the signed faculty annual review letter in Interfolio
  • Send case forward

Start Date: 2/18/25

Due Date: 3/28/25

  • Review Department Chair/School Director completed evaluation recommendations
  • Provide any additional comments if needed
  • Discuss with Provost if needed
  • Send case forward

Start Date: 4/7/25

Due Date: 4/21/25
