The Roundtable Perspective: The Work of Yoko Tawada

FreeLisa Jennings, Ph.D., clinical assistant professor of world languages and cultures at Valparaiso University joins host Thomas J. Roach, Ph.D. to discuss the work of influential Japanese author living in Germany, Yoko Tawada. They discuss the changing nature of language and how Tawada is able to break boundaries and manipulate mediums using different languages.
Episodes air Friday at 8:30 p.m. and replay Sunday at 10 a.m. each week on Lakeshore PBS.
