The Roundtable Perspective: Black Influence on Horror Films

FreeIn a special Halloween themed episode, Robin R. Means Coleman, Ph.D., professor of communication studies at Northwestern University joins host Thomas J. Roach, Ph.D. to discuss the black horror renaissance in film and her new book “The Black Guy Dies First”, as they examine the history of African Americans in horror films and how that has changed over time.
Episodes air Friday at 8:30 p.m. and replay Sunday at 10 a.m. each week on Lakeshore PBS.
