The Roundtable Perspective: Black Girlhood

Ruth Nicole Brown, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Gender and Women’s Studies and Chairperson of the Department of African American and African Studies at Michigan State University, joins host Lee Artz, Ph.D., to discuss “black girlhood” and how the experiences of black women, especially as children, are often overlooked in arts and academics.

Episodes air Friday at 8:30 pm and replay Sunday at 10 am each week
