Stress Management and Burnout Prevention – Healthy Boiler Program

Burnout is a growing concern in today’s demanding academic and professional environments.

Burnout is the result of prolonged emotional, physical, and mental stress that leaves individuals feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. It can impact various aspects of life, including work, home, and social interactions. The Burnout Prevention Program aims to tackle this issue at its root by offering a structured approach to help individuals regain balance and vitality in their lives.

Register on the Healthy Boiler Portal


Healthy Boiler programs are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan. All programs can be registered via the Healthy Boiler portal unless otherwise specified. All registrations are due before the start of the program and the deadline listed in the description.
