Open Strategic Planning Focus Group Sessions (Westville)

Join us for a Strategic Planning focus group session on PNW’s Westville branch campus.

Please feel free to just arrive; no RSVP required.

• Monday, Aug. 12 – 9 to 10 a.m.
• Tuesday, Aug. 13 – 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 14 – 10 to 11 a.m.
• Thursday, Aug. 15 – 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Topics

The questions being discussed in the focus group sessions are:

Current

1. What are you most proud of accomplishing during your time here as a faculty member, staff member, or student?
2. Reflecting on your time at PNW, what do you think the university has done well? What could the university improve?
3. What do you believe the university stands for (to students, the community, etc.)?

Future (Next 3 – 5 years)

1. What are the major drivers of change that will affect higher education in the future (operations, scholarship, teaching, etc.)?
2. How might these drivers of change influence the way we operate as a university and within your unit?
3. If all constraints were removed from our conversation, what additional ideas would you like to explore?
