Native American Musician: Ramiro Ramírez Duarte
November 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Join us for a performance by Ramiro Ramírez Duarte as part of PNW’s Native American Heritage Month celebration!
Duarte grew up in the Otomi indigenous community in Mexico and uses pre-Hispanic or ancient instruments to create emotional and ancestral music.
His arrangements have been featured in the popular video game “Tomb Raider” and in the Marvel movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” His work has allowed him to travel the world and bring attention to this important genre of music.
