Master Plan Community Open House

Campus Planning and Space Management invites students, faculty and staff to stop by and share your input about PNW’s facilities as well as learn about the new Facilities Master Plan.
Purdue University Northwest is developing a master plan to align the physical campus with the strategic vision of the institution. This process follows the 2016 unification of Purdue University Calumet and Purdue University North Central to create Purdue University Northwest. This Master Plan includes planning for the Hammond Campus and Westville Campus. As well as opportunities for utilizing the Gabis Arboretum for teaching and research and overall connectivity with the other campuses.
The Master Plan will provide a roadmap for near-term decisions and framework for the future. The master plan we build will be guided by the Strategic Plan, currently underway. It will also analyze the impact of enrollment growth and program growth as well as the demand for housing and dining on both campuses. The final deliverable will be a comprehensive and flexible plan which will address the needs of the university over the next 10-15 years.
