While some people believe in luck, Tiffani A. Davis knows firsthand that often it’s hard work and help from others that open doors and create possibilities. In this month’s Lunch and Lead, she will share the leadership lessons that have been most powerful on her journey.
Whether you need a helping hand to keep moving forward or need to give a hand to someone else, these lessons will guide you.
About the Speaker
Tiffani A. Davis is VP, Manager of Client Experience at Centier Bank in Merrillville, IN. Tiffani has a heart for people and is passionate about helping them be the best version of themselves. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a master’s degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Ministry Diploma. With almost 25 years in the banking industry, she harnesses her education and passions to collaborate with all lines of business to create remarkable client experiences and increase growth.
She is also responsible for the client experience strategy, facilitating sales and experience training and managing several key programs for Centier. With an eye toward the community, she serves at her church and volunteers with various organizations like the American Heart Association and the Foodbank of NWI. She also serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Northwest Indiana.
The Lunch and Lead Series is presented by the Leadership Institute and the Society of Innovators at Purdue Northwest.
