Lunch and Lead Event: Innovation Leadership
December 5, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm
How can you inspire innovation in your team? Innovative leaders often inspire productivity in new ways and through different approaches than have typically been used and taken. The ability to inspire innovation is especially important in these times of increasing uncertainty, ambiguity and risk.
This month’s guest is Melissa Mitchell. She has grown alongside HealthLinc since 2008 as she has assumed roles from Managed Care Specialist to Chief Operating Officer to her current position of Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer. Melissa’s current responsibilities at HealthLinc include leadership and strategy execution of operations and the innovation of projects and technologies.
