Richard RuppAs we reflect on the events of September 11, 2001, it’s vital to explore the lasting impact this day has had on our world: “The Legacies of 9/11.” In his presentation, Professor Rupp will explore the profound changes that developed in the aftermath of 9/11, shaping global politics, security measures and intercultural relations. His presentation will examine how 9/11 influenced the trajectory of international relations, altered perceptions of security and led to significant shifts in policies and societal attitudes across the globe.

He will also discuss the cultural and psychological effects on individuals and communities, highlighting the ongoing efforts to build a more inclusive and understanding world. Join us for an insightful discussion that not only honors the memory of those lost but also encourages a critical examination of the long-term consequences of this pivotal moment in history.

There will be time for questions and reflection following his presentation.
