
HealthKick – Healthy Boiler Program

HealthKick is a 6-week virtual education program that addresses physical activity, nutrition, creating healthy habits and decreasing stress.
Brief education (about 5-minute video) is delivered to participants via text message or email (depending on preference) Monday through Friday for six weeks. The program includes one-on-one health coaching sessions established at the beginning of the program. The goal of this program is to increase education surrounding nutrition and develop healthy habits over 6 weeks to last a lifetime.

Healthy Boiler programs are free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff and dependents covered on a Purdue medical plan. All programs can be registered via the Healthy Boiler portal unless otherwise specified. All registrations are due before the start of the program and the deadline listed in the description.
