Diwali – The Festival of Lights

“Diwali – The Festival of Lights” is an auspicious and grand event celebrated annually by the Indians all around the world. It signifies the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil.
In this spirit of celebration, we cordially invite all students, staff and faculty, regardless of your background, to join us in celebrating Diwali on Friday, November 3, at 5:30 pm in Alumni Hall, SULB. This event is a wonderful opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of India.
The Indian Students Association of Purdue Northwest has prepared a vibrant and fun-filled Diwali evening, including:
- Traditional dance and musical performances
- A fashion show featuring beautiful Indian outfits
- An authentic Indian dinner
- Henna artists
- Rangoli, a colorful art form
- A dazzling dance finale
This celebration promises to be an enriching experience for everyone.

$10 tickets. Secure your tickets early, as this event tends to sell out.
You can collect your tickets from the CLO entrance, SULB concourse or by contacting us directly. Please make sure to acquire your tickets promptly to ensure your participation.
