Deadline to Claim 2024 Expenses
March 31, 2025
PNW employees have until March 31, 2025 to claim eligible Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account expenses incurred during the 2024 calendar year. Any funds remaining in your account after March 31, 2025 will be forfeited.
If you did not use your HSABank debit card at point of sale, you may file a claim for an eligible expense paid out of pocket when you log into your HSABank account. You can also complete an HSABank Reimbursement Account Claim Form and either fax or mail it to HSABank.
