Constitution Day Presentation – Hammond

FreeJoin CHESS for a Constitution Day presentation by professor Saul Lerner on the Hammond campus. The question is whether hate speech can or should be denied, or whether the constitution and the first amendment trump all efforts at regulating hate speech, even hate speech that might result in violence.
This event will take place on the Hammond campus in CLO 340.
