Candid COVID-19 Conversations
March 20, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
How should leaders respond when facing times of unexpected chaos and confusion? Join the Society of Innovators as we team up with the Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest to start processing everything that has happened and how we might continue to respond in purposeful and meaningful ways.
Uncertain times are here as the world continues to fight of the global COVID-19 pandemic. In America, we are finally wrapping up the first week of nationwide social distancing and economic shutdown.
When will this end? What does this all mean? For my business? My employees? My family? Our community?
We may not have the answers, but what we do have is a network of bright community and business leaders throughout Northwest Indiana. As our region and country take a short, collective breath at the end of this first week, let’s get together to talk about it.
Led by Purdue Northwest’s Rachel Clapp-Smith, this short conversation is a chance to hear from others and how their organizations have been responding. We are all in this together and can benefit from an opportunity to share concerns, predictions, best practices and maybe even some bumps along the way.
Dr. Clapp-Smith is Professor of Leadership, Chair of Managerial Studies, and Academic Advisor to the Leadership Institute at Purdue Northwest.
We look forward to hearing from you!
