Awareness on Anxiety – Part One Webinar
October 17, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Anxiety is the most common mental health concern among adults. Join us for a two-part series exploring this very common concern. Everyone feels nervous or anxious occasionally. But when should we be concerned?
In Part One, we will explore signs and symptoms of real anxiety versus a passing feeling of nerves – and how can we tell the difference? We will also learn about the different types of anxiety and effective treatment options for each.
This event is facilitated by New Avenues, PNW’s EAP provider.
