Welcome to the College of Nursing
On behalf of the faculty and staff of the College of Nursing, I wish to welcome you to Purdue University Northwest. You have made an excellent choice for continuing your education and choosing a discipline that is filled with an array of professional opportunities.
Our nursing faculty are among the finest that you could experience to guide you in fulfilling your educational goals. Our state-of the art learning lab allows you to develop skills and practices through simulation, virtual technologies, and hands-on learning. I am sure that you will find Purdue University Northwest to be a friendly, helpful and stimulating learning environment.
This environment extends into the community where nursing students engage in many experiences with a variety of people of all age groups and backgrounds. During your clinical experiences, you will participate in learning opportunities that transform and prepare you for a successful future in nursing.
