Changes in Student Affairs
Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues,
I am writing to share that Dr. Colin Fewer will be returning to the faculty and transitioning from the role of Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students. I am grateful for his dedicated leadership and contributions during his time as AVC and Dean of Students and look forward to his continued contributions to PNW.
I am pleased to announce that Britt Hudson has agreed to serve as Interim Dean of Students. Britt brings many years of experience in the Office of the Dean of Students and student support, and I am confident she will provide strong leadership during this transitional period.
We will also soon begin a national search for the next permanent Dean of Students.
Additionally, Sandy Steele, Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management will provide leadership over First Generation Student Success, Educational Opportunity Programs, and Veterans Services. Scott Iverson, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Housing and Student Life, will provide leadership over Counseling Center, Accessibility Center, and the Office of the Dean of Students.
Please join me in thanking Dr. Fewer for his service and leadership, and in welcoming Britt to her important role.
Sincerely,
Liz Depew
Elizabeth Babcock Depew, Ed.D.
