The Belonging Action Network is a dynamic and informal meeting group designed for faculty and staff who have completed the Fostering a Culture of Belonging microcredential. Our mission is to create a supportive space where participants can discuss their learnings, share insights, and develop actionable strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion on our campus. Together, we can transform our learning into tangible actions that benefit our students, colleagues, and community.

The Fostering a Culture of Belonging training provided valuable insights and knowledge. Now, it’s time to move beyond theory and discussion, and put what we’ve learned into practice. The group offers a platform for collaborative brainstorming and innovation, allowing us to develop new ideas and implement meaningful actions that enhance our campus environment. Your active participation drives positive change and empowers others to implement effective practices that promote a sense of belonging for all.

Together, we can make a tangible difference and create a campus where everyone feels they belong!
