Writing Retreat

A Writing Retreat provides a focused block of time and supportive environment for you to commit to and have some level of accountability for accomplishing a research goal. There will be no planned programming, instead it will be a time for you to focus on your research/writing goals and hopefully be very productive!
Location
Writing Retreat #1 Sept 8, 10am-3pm (CST) – HTM building, Sales Lab
Writing Retreat #2 October 12, 10am-3pm (CST) – Commercialization and Manufacturing Excellence Center (7150 Indianapolis Blvd.) – CMEC 100
Writing Retreat #3 November 11, 10am-3pm (CST) – Gabis Arboretum
All sessions are in person but with a virtual option to attend. Registered participants should check their email and/or Outlook calendar for Zoom link to join virtually.
Audience
All faculty are welcome to attend as many of these events as you like.
RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS:
Participation in the Fall 2022 Research Productivity Program requires attendance to at least 1 Writing Retreat AND/OR participation in the 14-Day Writing Challenge offered by the NCFDD (October 17th-30th).
ALL OTHER FACULTY
Please use the registration link above to register for the writing retreat you would like to attend. If joining virtually, use the Zoom link sent after you have registered.
More Research Productivity Programs will be offered by the Center for Faculty Excellence in the future.
