4th Annual Conference for Associate Professors
February 23-24, 2022

The conference comprise of a keynote address and two panel sessions: Managing Time: Service, Teaching, Mentoring, and Research; and Promotion to Full Professor. Over the course of the conference, attendees will have opportunities to network, share information, and learn from others in ways that will enable associate professors, particularly women associate, to accelerate their progression to full professor. The panel sessions comprise speakers from within and outside Purdue. Although this conference targets associate professors, the strategies and insights offered by the keynote speaker and the panelists will be useful for all faculty members.
