Catering Event Orders

To Purdue University Northwest Faculty and Staff:

I want to review with you the process to order catering service through Aladdin Dining Services.

• You will need to create an account in Catertrax
• The order will need to be submitted at least 5 business days in advance as we continue to experience supply-chain issues, and we need to assure we have adequate staffing. If you have a last-minute order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email Diane Wisniewski (Diane.Wisniewski@aladdinfood.com) and Chef Vincent (Vincent.Alvarado@aladdinfood.com) and we can discuss.
• You will receive a confirmation of your order via email to the person who entered the initial order. We ask that you review this to be sure the date, time, room number and any other special requests are correct on the order. If the information is not correct, respond in Catertrax. We are then alerted that there is a change request for your event.
• If you are submitting a customized order, you can enter this in the custom menu request section. Please do not include items that are not custom items (such as pop, coffee, lemonade, cookies, etc) that we have listed as options in the catering guide.
• The form of payment must be included (account number, credit card information, etc).
